The film picks up where the first movie left off, with the Crood family continuing their search for a safe and stable home. The family now includes

Tensions and Relationships

Conflict and Resolution

The situation worsens when it is revealed that the Bettermans have been using the bananas to appease a dangerous, prehistoric creature known as the Spiny Mandrilla.
In the climax, the Spiny Mandrilla attacks, forcing the Croods and Bettermans to work together to survive. They realize that their differences can be strengths when combined, leading to an exciting and humorous battle against the creature.
In the end, the two families reconcile, accepting each other s differences. The Croods and the Bettermans agree to live together as one extended family, blending their unique qualities to create a new way of life.
