"Bhoot Police" revolves around the adventures of two brothers, Vibhooti (played by Saif Ali Khan) and Chiraunji (played by Arjun Kapoor). They come from a family of ghost hunters, with their father being a renowned exorcist. However, the brothers have differing beliefs about the supernatural while Vibhooti is a skeptic and views their profession as a way to con people, Chiraunji believes in the existence of spirits and wants to genuinely help people.
The brothers are hired by Maya (played by Yami Gautam) and Kanika (played by Jacqueline Fernandez) to investigate a haunted tea estate in a remote village. The estate is believed to be cursed by an ancient spirit known as Kichkandi. Initially, Vibhooti dismisses the case as another opportunity to make money, but as they delve deeper into the mystery, they encounter real supernatural events that challenge Vibhooti s skepticism.
As the brothers face off against the Kichkandi, they uncover secrets about their father s past and the true nature of the curse. The film blends jump scares with humor, as the brothers navigate both the supernatural and their own complicated relationship.
